- DO NOT sign up for lunch, unless you are certain you will attend lunch. If you do not show up for lunch, we still have to pay for your food!!!
- Because of security protocols at Milliken, everyone who wishes to attend must complete this registration form.
If you are a teacher and you have students who are attending, this registration form must be completed for each student.
